What happens when you want to turn your little bolthole into somewhere your family can live for longer stints?

Our USA based clients bought this Morpeth apartment in the 90s for occasional use, and it required a complete interior architectural overhaul to work as a home.

Thanks to Cathy’s spatial planning skills, the small footprint can now be used for long-term living, working, dining and entertaining, with room to spare.
